There is a flat fee of 25 EUR/35 USD equivalent per package, multiple items will be packed and shipped as one package.  All antiques are sent using a traceable service using courier such as Fedex or DHL.  A signature will always be required on delivery. You should receive your item within 2-5 business days if despatched within the United Kingdom to a United Kingdom address, for deliveries to other countries it can take between 7-10 business days.  Some restrictions or higher shipping costs or longer delivery times may apply to shipments or the price of postage may increase from time to time which will be updated in these Terms and Conditions where appropriate.

Stated delivery times should be considered to be guidelines and are not delivery guarantees. The Site shall be entitled to involve third parties to satisfy its contractual obligations without being required to notify the buyer. You are responsible for inspecting the item and reporting any damage to the item to the Site promptly upon taking delivery.  You are also responsible for providing us with a valid and correct delivery address and that this delivery address corresponds with your billing address.   Items purchased and added to your virtual album will be processed and updated in real-time.  You will also receive an email notification to your registered account email address confirming details of that order – this will act in addition as your transaction receipt -please note that we retain copies of all email orders and utilise these in order to demonstrate that we fulfilled and processed transactions accordingly in the case of or in event of any transaction dispute(s).  We take fraud very seriously and have robust measures in place to protect our Merchant Account against fraud.
The information gathered may be used to write a press release and/or appear in advertisements, including but not limited to, television and radio, as well as on the Sites.

Split Shipments

To avoid excess customs charges and additional shipping fees, sometimes international orders will be split into multiple parcels. Should this happen, you will be provided with multiple tracking numbers, and each parcel will be marked according to which part of the shipment it is – for example “1 of 3” or “2 of 2”.

Returning goods

If you need to return an item you have ordered from our website, you can do so within 14 days of receipt.

Please note:
In order for a refund to be processed, the person named on the card which was used to process the payment must be present.
It can take up to 14 days for a return to be processed once we have received your parcel should you choose to send it back to us via express courier or normal postage, all returns must be sent with a tracking number to be accepted. Items returned will be refunded in Euros. If you’ve paid for your order using a different currency, you will be refunded in the website’s local currency (Pounds Sterling or Euros) at the current commercial exchange rate.

When goods we would appreciate it if you could return all original packaging.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
